The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if information provided by the customer is found to be false or incomplete.

Customers are encouraged to visit the site before finalizing their purchase. Free cab/site visit facility may be provided by the company, subject to prior confirmation.

Possession of plots will be handed over only after completion of full payment and required documentation. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all government regulations and registration charges applicable at the time of sale.
